Glen Abergel
At Suffolk Briars, every pipe is designed, shaped, and finished by hand by Glen Abergel, working from his workshop in Suffolk, England. Driven by a dedication to traditional techniques and fine craftsmanship, Glen personally oversees every stage of production—transforming raw blocks of high-grade Mediterranean briar into refined, quality pipes.
Drawing on meticulous attention to detail and a respect for time-honored pipe making, Glen hand-crafts each piece individually. From sculpting the bowl and the shank, to custom-fitting each stem, every creation reflects a commitment to quality, balance, and natural grain structure.
